At the heart of this group are our dedicated volunteer hosts. They are the driving force behind our community. These hosts, drawn from within our membership, generously offer their time to curate and lead various activities – from cozy lunches to lively happy hours, serene beach outings to exhilarating boat rides. Before taking on this role, Lisa and Maureen provide them with guidance through a New Host Kit and essential training, emphasizing the values of kindness, respect, and inclusivity. Gossip and judgment have no place here. We embrace the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our members, recognizing that many are new to Naples, or even Florida, bringing with them a beautiful blend of cultures and experiences.

Our hosts have the freedom to craft events that resonate with them. Some prefer intimate gatherings over meals, fostering deeper connections, while others thrive on the energy of music-filled happy hours or the camaraderie of sports activities like pickleball. As our community expands, so does our team of hosts, ensuring that members across Naples can partake in events close to home, wherever that may be – from North Naples to downtown, Orangetree to South Naples, and beyond.

Currently, only members of our host team are authorized to organize events. If you have a great idea for an event that you’d like to suggest, we’d love to hear from you! Include information such as the type of event you’re envisioning, the location, and how many women you think could join in.
