Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement
This Agreement applies to all members and participants of Naples Ladies Social Group, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. It covers all events, activities, outings, gatherings, and programs organized, promoted, or facilitated by the Organization. Members agree to these terms upon joining and reaffirm their agreement each time they participate in an event.

1. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge and understand that participation in social, recreational, sporting, dining, outdoor, and other activities organized by Naples Ladies Social Group, LLC (the "Organization") involves inherent risks, hazards, and dangers, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, property damage, and in extreme cases, death. These risks may arise from my own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of other participants, third-party vendors, venue conditions, equipment, weather, or other circumstances beyond the Organization's control. I voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks on my own behalf.
2. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Naples Ladies Social Group, LLC, its members, managers, officers, organizers, volunteers, agents, representatives, sponsors, and affiliated parties (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or relating to any loss, damage, personal injury, illness, or death that may be sustained by me in connection with my participation in any activity or event organized or facilitated by the Organization, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.
3. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to my participation in any Organization activity or event, including any claims brought by third parties.
4. Independent Participation
I understand and agree that my participation in any activity or event organized by the Organization is entirely voluntary and at my own risk. I acknowledge that the Organization does not provide medical insurance, accident insurance, or any other form of coverage for participants. I am solely responsible for any medical expenses, costs, or losses I incur as a result of my participation.
5. Physical Fitness & Health
I represent that I am in adequate physical condition to participate in the activities I choose to attend, and I accept full responsibility for consulting with a medical professional if I have any health concerns prior to participation.
6. Florida Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
7. Acknowledgment
By joining Naples Ladies Social Group and participating in any of its events or activities, each member acknowledges that they have read this Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement in its entirety, understand its terms, and agree to be bound by it freely and voluntarily. Members must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to agree to this Agreement.

By joining Naples Ladies Social Group, LLC and attending our events, you are confirming that you participate entirely of your own free will and accept full responsibility for your own safety and wellbeing. Naples Ladies Social Group, LLC, its organizers, volunteers, and affiliated parties are not liable for any injury, accident, illness, property damage, or loss that may occur during or in connection with any event or activity.
